The hotel is clean, elegant, and beautifully decorated. The location is superb, right in the center of the town and just on the promenade. It is close to all the attractions, making it very convenient to explore this city. The staff at the reception, especially Jaroslav, was extremely helpful and provided great service. The breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of options. the hotel facilities were excellent and the parking service was easy and convenient.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel in the heart of the town center. The location couldn't be better - it was so convenient to have everything we needed right at our doorstep. The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated, providing a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. Everything was spotlessly clean and well-maintained, making our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was delicious, offering a variety of options to suit everyone's taste. The wifi was fast and reliable, allowing us to stay connected throughout our stay.
Although the bath in our room was a bit old and the drainage was not the best, it was not a major issue. The rest of the room made up for it with its cleanliness and comfort.

The hotel is perfectly located in the center with many amenities nearby. The breakfast was nice with food varieties. The room was clean, tidy, and quiet. The swimming pool and sauna were a great addition to our trip. Communication with the staff was easy and they were very helpful.

This hotel is perfectly located right in the old town centre, making it convenient to explore all the attractions within walking distance. The room was clean and spacious with a breathtaking view of the colonnade. The friendly staff provided excellent service, explaining everything about our stay and the city center. The breakfast offered a variety of delicious options. The hotel also had a wellness center, although some improvements are needed.
The decor of the hotel was a bit old and not as nice as it appeared in the pictures.
